This event invites guests to enjoy\nwine\, travel\, and community connection\, whether you’re planning a trip overseas or doing some\narmchair travelling with a glass of wine and a good book. Guided by a professional sommelier\,\nattendees will explore select wines paired with locally made chocolates. We will\nalso highlight literary connections to these regions by featuring library books set in or inspired by\nPortugal and Canada.. This sophisticated gathering offers adults a chance to connect over fine wines\,\nand themed presentations\, all while supporting Friends of the Strathcona County Library. \nInterested in sponsoring Sip & Sojourn? \nYour sponsorship helps us create a memorable experience that fosters community engagement and\nraises vital funds for Friends-funded library initiatives. This event allows sponsors to showcase their\nsupport while connecting with an engaged audience in a refined setting. \nSponsorship Needs:\n● Food and Beverage: We seek sponsors to cover the costs of snacks\nand related accompaniments.\n● Raffle Prize Donations: We will hold a raffle with a $10 ticket price\, featuring a prize filled\nwith donated items from community businesses.
